Substitutions may be necessary to ensure that your
arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The
upmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as
close as possible to the requested item.
Flowers :
In
arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used
if possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of
equal or greater value.
For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such
as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt possible to match
the flower, but may substitute for another color.
If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
Plants :
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
For
one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt
possible to match the plant, but may substitute for another color.
If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
Specialty Gifts :
A specialty gift may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value in the same theme and category.
Delivery :
All delivery incurs a 4.50$ fee or more.
Price of Roses :
Price for fresh roses may rise from February 6th to February 15th due to the high demand in the market for Valentine's Day.
Currency :
Prices
will be charged in the delivery location currency. Orders delivered
in Canada will be charged in CAD and orders delivered in USA will be
charged in USD currency.

to provide you with information so you understand how we work with FTD
and to tell you about the changes that can occur in your delivery.
Availability of products:
The
product received can vary from the picture you see on our website. The
FTD code you see online is a universal code for all florists and is
simply for identification and tracking purposes. All orders will be
processed as closely to the image as possible. If a situation shall
arise where we must alter the order we will determine whether or not to
contact the customer to discuss the modification that will possibly be
applied. Rest assured we will do all we can to ensure that you are a
satisfied customer.
Price of flowers :
The price of each
flower can vary from one florist to another. Flower shops can charge
higher prices than the price shown on our website. For that reason, it
is possible to receive an order with a superior or inferior number of
flowers than the number shown on the picture. Please keep in mind that
the prices on our website represent an average price based on different
florist and locations and may vary from one flower shop to another.
Return Policy:
Our
policy is to replace any undesired item within 48 hours upon request or
we can issue a credit towards your next order. No refunds will be
issued unless the delivery was not made. We reserve the right to decide
what amount will be refunded or applied to the next order to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Undelivered Product :
In case an item
has not been delivered with your order (card, balloons, vase, teddy
bear…) please notify us and we will reship that item within 48 hours
and at no extra cost. To apply a credit, we will need the customer's
credit card information. Please note that for security purposes all
credit card numbers that are given by internet or by phone will be
automatically deleted from our database as soon as they are processed.
Time and Hours of Delivery :
In
case an order has not been received on the day you requested, please do
not hesitate to contact us. It will be our pleasure to investigate and
determine the reason. The common policy for almost all florists is to
make a courtesy call prior to the delivery to make sure that someone is
home to receive the product. If you prefer that we don't call just
simply note it in the Special Instructions area when placing your order
and we will respect your request. If no one was home at the time of
delivery, thus requiring a second delivery, a surcharge fee might be
applied. Finally, you can also write any specific details in the
Special Instructions area when placing your order such as delivery
hours, location details or any special notes, and we will do our best to
make it happen.
While placing your order, you will also have
the possibility to select AM (Morning) or PM (After-noon) for your
preferred delivery time. Again, we will do our best to deliver your
products at the time requested if at all possible, however, deliveries
may be delayed for several reasons beyond our control, such as but not
limited to, weather conditions or client demand. For that reason we
cannot be held responsible or issue any refunds for any late deliveries
once they are completed. But rest assured that our team does all it
possibly can to offer you the best service on time with professionalism
because our first concern is customer satisfaction.
Sundays :
Several
Florists are closed on Sundays. On these days we do our best to find
Florists that can deliver your product. In exceptional cases where no
Florists are available on that day we will contact you to make delivery
arrangements on the closest days such as Saturday or Monday.
